Ben and Jessica Cook are going to celebrate the grand opening of the ONLY craft brewery in Redlands this Saturday May 31, 2008 from noon 'till 5pm. In addition to celebrating with the Cooks, the Redlands Bicycle Classic will be the fortunate and grateful recipient of proceeds generated by the sale of their fine product. There will be live local bands, souvenir glasses, t-shirts and delicious Mexican Food available from another local Redlands business, Johnny's Tacos.
