So, it was a good trip. Culver City's Art Colony did it right. A bit schmarmy in places, but overall, low-key and fun. All the artists I met were cool and accessible, and I feel a lot less shy about going to art openings.
As a matter of fact, I'm hoping to hit up the edwin ushiro opening on July 12th at Project:Gallery. There are a couple pieces at the current group show, and Ushiro's stuff was dang!
