dude ragbrai was great! i just finished yesterday. looking forward to getting back into town to see you all. i have many photos and stories. alan, coffee wed morning. logo/page looks great alan.
I'm their but becky can't come so i'll be a lone ranger. but not really cuz i have all of you... oh and before i forget alan can you ask kelly what the green powder stuff is called that you mix in a drink thats vegan friendly i cant seem to find it because i forgot the name of it! Its a multi everything i need for my body!

Ragbrai was the best! I even saw guys on single speeds kick'n butt. We didnt get to do the night ride with the group from LA. A little to tired. (Ben tried to throw a rock at Lance but his mutant body guards got in the way..just kidding. it would of been funny though)
I hope to get to ride with you guys friday. Megim comes home that day but we will see what time she gets in.

FYI Vegan folks Saturday Aug. 18th is the Earthsave Vegan Potluck at University Hall - University of Redlands - social at 5PM, dinner at 6PM, program at 7PM. I think I can ride over with that in my backpack! A dollar and a dish gets you in. Bring an ingredient label if you scratch build something cool. More Info D.
